How it works

  1. Place your order

    When ordering, you enter your date of birth, your exact time of birth and your place of birth.

  2. Book your session

    Right after your purchase you receive an e-mail with a link to book your main session yourself and an upload link for photos of your hands.

  3. 60-minute main session

    We explore your current situation together — root causes, patterns, and solutions.

  4. Your assignment

    You receive a focused task to integrate what we discussed over the coming weeks.

  5. 30-minute follow-up

    After about three weeks we review your progress, open questions, and your next steps. We schedule this session together at the end of the main session.

Good to know

Duration & appointments

Main session: 60 minutes. Integration follow-up: 30 minutes, about three weeks after the main session. You choose the date of the main session according to availability. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel later or do not attend, the appointment is considered used.

Participation via Zoom

Both sessions take place as Zoom video calls. You receive the Zoom link with your booking confirmation. You can join in your browser or with the Zoom app (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). You need a stable internet connection, a camera and a microphone. Technical requirements and Zoom's privacy information: www.zoom.com.

Recording

With your consent, I record the sessions. You will then receive the recording for download. The recording is deleted after 6 months.
